Monicarose is an experienced Shamanic Healer and has trained as a mental health nurse, mindfulness cognitive therapist, meditation and reiki practitioner. She also works intuitively with the energies of the body. Having had profound experiences at medicine retreats with both Kambo and Bufo and more recently with the Yaniwanna Tribe this led her to bring the downloads and transmissions for healing mind, body and soul and helping to guide people to that true connection that is oneness with the universe.

When you take part in a laughter workshop/session you get a release of endorphins, giving you a “feel good” factor; the whole body relaxes and stress is reduced. Nick Carnelian originates from Merseyside and is the facilitator of various holistic events, such as laughter yoga, meditation and kirtan mantra singing. He also works as a person-centred counsellor, helping his clients to cultivate a mindful awareness of their thoughts and emotions.

Our Forest Bathing experience will take place over 2 hours of immersion in the abundant natural setting.

A qualified Forest Bathing guide, counsellor, Reiki practioner and teacher. Having worked in education for 12 years teaching youths with additional needs, she stepped out of the matrix and started to work within communities supporting women to get curious and brave about habits and patterns and what beliefs systems they derive from.

Kirtan is the sacred practice of singing mantras, which comes from the Indian tradition of bhakti yoga - the yoga of love and devotion. Singing these mantras can really help us to open up our hearts and enter deep states of bliss and transcendence, helping to shift any emotional or energetic blocks that we maybe carrying.   

Everything in this world - whether it be solid, liquid or gas - is simply vibrating energy. And we can use the resonant power of mantras as a form of sacred sound healing to realign our personal energy and connect to something larger than ourselves.

I deliver conferences on today's trauma and womb healing in schools and universities as well as speak up for change in government meetings stepping out of fight and into collective change making shutting down corruption. This workshop will dive into my recovery journey, sharing my life story and showing my vulnerabilities from being a young girl who felt as though she was never meant to be here and soul searching all my life which lead me to a path of substances and alcohol from a very young age; how my mental health was affected, the mistakes I made and how I made my journey into recovery.  I’ll share my story about the people that I hurt and failed many times, sharing some of the darkest places and times in my life.

Things can change there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t give up because change and miracles are possible, and I am living proof and what my life is now like.

Finishing this workshop sharing some of my new found passions with a guided meditation with my crystal singing bowls, bringing in gratitude and unconditional love.

Journeying through manifestation, a deep dive into what is manifestation, methods and techniques to align you with what you are calling into your reality, we will journey through the chakras removing any energetic blockages, limiting beliefs, fears, stuck and stored traumas by using meditation, somatic release, Angelic reiki and the language of light bringing us back to hara and to centredness to be in a flow state of receiving ready to align with our manifestations.

Women's Energy is an invitation to connect with your Divine Feminine Wisdom through movement. The movement is inspired by Yoni Shakti and will guide you to feel fully embodied as we channel our Shakti energy, rising into dance and descending back to the Earth for a restorative Yoga Nidra. Natalie has been practising yoga for 20 years living in Thailand for 6 years. It was not until she experienced a breakdown/breakthrough 7 years ago that I reconnected to yoga as a healing and spiritual journey. Natalie is now an advocate of menstrual cycle awareness and womb wisdom completing yoga training with Hannah Glancy, Minker Chang and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

Join us for our exciting and exhilarating freestyle drum and percussion jam session. Feel free to bring your own instrument or we have plenty available. The session is designed for absolute beginners, but obviously more experienced players will have a great time too. There are few guarantees in life, but you will almost certainly leave happier than you arrived.

Elk has been playing music since the age of twelve, beginning with clarinet and saxophone, picking up drums and percussion in his twenties and later becoming immersed in the world of synthesisers and electronic music. He is passionate about drum circles because it put out the welcome mat for no -musicians, because why should the musicians have all the fun?

Throughout the festival we will be providing the opportunity for children to engage in nature, recycle and reuse crafts and workshops. There will be morning and afternoon sessions from Friday to Monday, for your little and not so little ones
to have fun and get messy!!!

These sessions are a fantastic bonding opportunity for our future generations to laugh, create, play and explore the endless opportunities available to them.
