LoveHerder is a different kind of gathering ... a gentle rebellion against the idea that you need booze or drugs to feel alive. No alcohol. No pressure. No overwhelm. Just colour, music, creativity, and a community that chooses to show up fully awake.
And beyond the buzz and brightness, you’ll find quiet corners, sensory‑friendly spaces, and room to breathe. Step into the countryside, soften your shoulders, and reset at your own pace. The energy will be waiting whenever you’re ready to return.

Everything we create is shaped with intention and care. From gentle, spacious mornings to vibrant, dance‑filled evenings… from workshops that nourish to music that lifts you from the inside out… LoveHerder is crafted to feel good in your body and grounding for your mind.
For 2026, we’re deepening the things that matter most to our community:
~ Spacious, sensory-considered environments
~ More family-friendly activities
~ Inclusive workshops for all, supporting everyone at every stage
~ Colour, creativity, and moments of connection
~ Building on our culture of kindness, acceptance, and non-judgement
At LoveHerder, we celebrate the simple, extraordinary joy of being human. Music, movement, meditation, relaxation, art, storytelling, and shared experience weave through the weekend like threads of colour. You don’t need to be a performer or a practitioner ... just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
It’s the festival vibe you love, wrapped inside a weekend you can return home from feeling nourished, grounded, and rejuvenated.
Step into a weekend designed to awaken your senses:
~ Incredible live music, soulful acoustic sets, and surprise pop‑ups
~ Embodied workshops that invite you to move, shake, stretch, and reconnect to YOU
~ Vibrant art zones bursting with colour, creativity, and hands‑on play
~ Fireside magic, moonlit gatherings, and evenings that glow softly into the night
~Joy‑filled family spaces and inner‑child mischief for grown‑ups and little ones alike

Hidden within the quiet depths of the South Lake District countryside, Birkrigg Park feels like its own little world ... a gentle microcosm shaped by woodland, water, and wide‑open skies. By day, the landscape hums with energy, creativity, and connection, inviting you to wander, move, and sink into the festival’s vibrant rhythm.
As evening arrives, everything softens. The twin lakes catch the last of the light, wildflowers edge the pathways, and the night folds itself into a blanket of stars. As the sky deepens, musicians come alive and the dancing begins, filling one side of the site with joyful movement and sound.
Meanwhile, across the park, the campfire is roaring ... a warm gathering place for storytelling, acoustic music, and the kind of campfire fun that only happens when people feel safe, relaxed, and held by nature. With off‑grid camping, peaceful places to roam, and a welcoming fire to return to, Birkrigg Park becomes a space where you can feel both uplifted and deeply grounded.
